If you choose to connect the Services with a third-party platform, sign in through a third-party provider, share content to social media, click an affiliate link, interact with an embedded feature, or use a third-party integration, information may be disclosed to or collected by that third party.

Where required by law, you may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing by visiting our Your Privacy Choices page or using our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

Because Global Privacy Control is browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable it separately on each browser and device you use.

You may be able to edit or delete certain User Content through the Services. We may retain copies as permitted by law, including for backup, legal, security, fraud-prevention, enforcement, dispute-resolution, or archival purposes. Public User Content may remain visible or associated with the Services after account deletion, subject to applicable law and our Terms of Use.

You may be able to designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.

We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.

This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy. It is intended to provide notice under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, if and to the extent it applies to Baked Potatoes.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights similar to those described above, depending on applicable law and whether Baked Potatoes is subject to that law. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising, opt-out of sale, opt-out of profiling with legal or similarly significant effects, and appeal rights.

Baked Potatoes is based in Illinois and this Privacy Policy is intended to align with our Illinois-based operations.

We do not intend to collect biometric identifiers or biometric information, such as fingerprints, voiceprints, retina or iris scans, or scans of hand or face geometry, through the Services. If we ever introduce a feature that collects biometric identifiers or biometric information, we will provide a separate notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before collecting that information.

We will handle data-security incidents involving personal information in accordance with applicable law, including any applicable Illinois breach-notification requirements.

The Services are intended only for users who are 21 years of age or older. The Services are not directed to children, minors, or anyone under 21.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you are under 21, do not use the Services, create an account, submit User Content, or provide personal information to us.

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in the United States may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. There is currently no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. Unless required by law, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as described above.

The Services may contain links, embeds, ads, widgets, APIs, integrations, or references to third-party websites, apps, streaming platforms, ticketing services, advertisers, analytics providers, social media platforms, or other services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third parties. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services you use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you should stop using the Services.
