We may disclose, transfer, or assign information in connection with an actual or potential merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change of control, or similar transaction.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.

The length of time we retain information may depend on factors such as:

  • whether you have an account

9.4 Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we will treat a valid browser-based Global Privacy Control or similar legally recognized opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device through which the signal is sent.

You may be able to designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.

We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.
